Retreats

We held our first annual retreat in June, 2004 at The Shrine of Our Lady of Mount Carmel in Middletown, NY. The day-long retreat was entitled, "A Sign of Contradictiion," which is what you are often called to be in these times.

We had discussions about topics of the faith, about choosing a path in life, and about several writings of the Pope. We looked for God in Creation as we walked through the beautiful grounds and we prayed the rosary. We also had a guided meditation introducing mental prayer.
