I understand that this is a support group for Catholic teens. In participating as a guest I make a personal commitment to chastity.

I also agree to be polite and courteous in any meetings, activities, or internet discussions and I understand that my invitation to participate may be revoked at the discretion of A Drop of Clear Water. My parents or guardian, the undersigned, accept all responsibility for the safety of our family members during the gatherings and agree to hold harmless A Drop of Clear Water or its hosts in the event of any injuries sustained. My parents or guardian also understand that they are invited and encouraged to participate in any and all meetings and activities. My parents also accept responsibility for determining if the material that is being discussed is appropriate for my stage of development.
